This year’s topic will be Individuation and we’ll be studying from Vol. 9.1 of Jung’s Collected Works.

NOTE: Membership is $15 for the year. A total of 25.5 Continuing education credits are available upon attendance of the meetings, at no charge to participants. The meetings are sponsored by the Center for Psychology and approved by NBCC, an approved continuing education provider, ACEP No. 6330. Center for Psychology, PA is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Conscious, Unconscious, and Individuation; A Study in the Process of Individuation and Concerning Mandala Symbolism CW 9.I paragraphs 489—712 will be reference guides. A 110-page document will be reproduced and made available at our first meeting. Cost $25.

NOTE on location: For 2017–18 we will continue to meet in the Middle School Atrium. The easiest access is from the back parking lot: come in the double doors that are south of the covered walkway, and once inside the room is on the right. OR if you come in from the front, go all the way down the hall (past the Library) to the last opening on the right [above the door are signs that say Youth and Choir], turn in there and go up the stairs on your left or go straight ahead to the elevator and push the middle [M] button which will bring you to the level of the room; off the elevator, turn left and walk toward the double doors.

Dec 5, 2017:
You are invited to continue the narrative with the pictures…Virginia gave us two mandala outlines inviting us to color them, or whatever you would do with them…my experience with these kinds of outlines invites us to relax, enjoy the process, pay attention to the process, don’t think it, coloring or filling in these patterns can be a very meditative experience, notice how you feel, notice what comes up for you…bring them with you to the next meeting, Dec. 5. If you would like to obtain copies of these patterns, let me know…I can leave them for you at the office at St. Paul’s, or I can snailmail them to you.
Dec 19, 2017: Christmas Party! First of all, heads up, we may need to move upstairs, If poinsettias have consumed the room, there will be a sign at the door if we have to go upstairs, take the elevator up to 2. Otherwise, Party…bring whatever you would like to share, or not, please come whether you are bringing food or not…
Last time we talked and had some show and tell with the patterns encouraging people to continue to work on them…and we began discussion on part of Jane’s questions…Jane says she will not be with us this time, so we might defer further discussion on her pages until after the first of the year…
